GB3D is a West Sussex-based studio building bespoke websites and business software for local businesses. We build the tools you use every day — booking, quotes, scheduling, ordering, invoicing and customer portals — straight into your own website, so you can run your business from one place you own, rather than renting a pile of separate subscription apps.

The idea is simple: off-the-shelf software is built for everyone, so it fits no one. What we build does exactly what your business needs — no bloat, your data stays yours, no monthly per-seat fees, and updates happen when you ask for them. Real builds so far include JobFlow (scheduling & job tracking), an ordering & stock system, and full websites with quoting tools built in.

Why "GB3D"?

GB3D started life as Gaussian Build 3D. The business began in photorealistic 3D scanning — using a technique called Gaussian splatting — and grew from there into building bespoke software. The name stuck, so today it is simply GB3D.

And we still do the 3D side. We capture with the Xgrids PortalCam — a mobile LiDAR system combining millimetre-accurate geometry with rich photographic detail — producing Gaussian splats, point clouds (scan-to-CAD and scan-to-BIM), measured floor plans and full digital twins for estate agents, architects, surveyors and developers. Recent captures include a Lindfield High Street fly-through and a Panattoni commercial unit in Burgess Hill.
