GB3D is a West Sussex-based 3D scanning studio. We help property professionals, builders, architects and businesses turn real spaces into photorealistic, explorable digital experiences.

We capture with the Xgrids PortalCam — a mobile LiDAR system that combines millimetre-accurate geometry with rich photographic detail. That data becomes Gaussian splats, point clouds, measured floor plans and full digital twins.

What sets us apart is what happens after the scan. Rather than handing over a file and walking away, we can build bespoke web apps around your data — viewers, tools and portals designed for your workflow. Software built for you, not a one-size-fits-all template.
